Troubleshooting - RENASYS GO
Having trouble with your RENASYS GO device? Follow these troubleshooting guidelines below for help.
Blockage/canister full alarm. Identify the description which most closely matches your situation
Liquid in the canister is above the highest volume indication on the face of the canister
when GO device held by carry strap
Canister tubing or port tubing has been trapped and fluid movement restricted
The air inlet has been covered or become wet
(air inlet on the Soft Port tail or the white T-piece of other dressing types)
Liquid in the canister may have splashed against the filter in the canister obstructing air movement
Suspect a blockage in the canister tubing
Suspect a blockage in the port
None of the above appear to be the case
Restart?
