Troubleshooting - RENASYS GO
Having trouble with your RENASYS GO device? Follow these troubleshooting guidelines below for help.
The air inlet has been covered or become wet
- Uncover the air inlet
- Dry any moisture around the air inlet with tissue
- Leave for 5 minutes to see if the Blockage/Canister Full Alarm is resolved

If the Blockage/Canister Full Alarm continues beyond 5 minutes, replace the item which contains the air inlet:
- If a Soft Port is being used then replace the Soft Port
- If an F/P or G/P kit is being used which has the Port with PVC tubing then replace the canister
