Conduct the following steps in this order, one at a time, to determine if the condition can be resolved. You may need to wait several minutes to be confident that the issue is resolved.
- Replace the Canister
- Replace the Port
If the Blockage/Canister Full Alarm continues to be a problem, there may be a fault with the RENASYS GO device, in which case the RENASYS GO device must be returned to S&N for diagnosis and repair.
