Troubleshooting - RENASYS GO
Having trouble with your RENASYS GO device? Follow these troubleshooting guidelines below for help.
The RENASYS GO device is very noisy. Check the following

Check for any air leaks at the dressing, port, connector or canister
- If the RENASYS GO device is having to pump more air than normal it will pump more frequently and the sound level will be higher
- Disconnect the dressing from the canister and cap the canister tubing. The device should fall virtually silent. If the device does not fall silent, change the O-ring on the pump inlet. For instructions click here.

Check that the vacuum set point is correct and has not been set higher than prescribed
- The higher the vacuum set point the harder the pump must work and the greater the sound level.
