Troubleshooting - RENASYS GO
Having trouble with your RENASYS GO device? Follow these troubleshooting guidelines below for help.
No response when pressing and holding the RENASYS GO power button
This may be due to a deep discharge of the battery. Attempt to recharge the battery by connecting the external charger for 3 hours.

Initially you may see the amber battery light flashing. This is clear confirmation that the battery has had a deep discharge. Sometimes it is possible to recover this situation by keeping the charger connected. If you are successful the amber battery light will extinguish and green battery light will start flashing (indicating normal battery recharge has been resumed).

If this does not resolve the problem, there is a fault with the RENASYS GO device and it must be returned to S&N for diagnosis and repair.
