Troubleshooting - RENASYS GO
Having trouble with your RENASYS GO device? Follow these troubleshooting guidelines below for help.
Changing RENASYS GO Odour Filters
The odour filter are located behind a door on the under side of RENASYS GO
  1. Remove the posidriv screw that secures the door in place
  2. Lift the door flap. If difficulty is experienced in opening the odor filter door, use a suction cup to aid opening the door.
  3. Remove the two odor filter elements and replace with 2 new odor filter elements, (Part No. 66800061 available from Smith & Nephew).
  4. Close the door flap and replace the screw tightening only until the door flap is flush with the case.
Precaution: TAKE CARE NOT TO OVER-TIGHTEN!
