Having trouble with your RENASYS GO device? Follow these troubleshooting guidelines below for help.
Over vacuum alarm
Power Off the RENASYS GO device
Disconnect the canister tubing from the port and cap the canister tubing
Restart the RENASYS GO device
Check that the Over Vacuum Alarm does not return within 1 minute.
If there is no alarm reconnect the RENASYS GO device to the Port and continue with therapy
If the Over Vacuum Alarm returns in the test with just the canister attached, there is a fault with the RENASYS GO device and it must be returned to S&N for diagnosis and repair.
