Having trouble with your RENASYS GO device? Follow these troubleshooting guidelines below for help.
High vacuum alarm
Stop Therapy
Disconnect the canister tubing from the port and cap the canister tubing
Restart the RENASYS GO device
Check that the High Vacuum Alarm does not return within 1 minute.
If there is no alarm reconnect the RENASYS GO device to the Port and continue with therapy
If the High Vacuum Alarm returns in the test with just the canister attached, there is a fault with the RENASYS GO device and it must be returned to S&N for diagnosis and repair.
